The Berber carpet looked better than I anticipated, after it had dried completely (8 to 12 hrs) There were some high traffic areas that they informed me might not be restored completely, due to the long length of time that had passed since the previous cleaning. Those areas definitely improved after their initial cleaning, and improved a bit more when they returned a few days later to re-address those areas. I will use A Step Above in the future. The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
