We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. "First the maid was a hour late and never called. Then she came and told me she had to leave by 2 pm. So she cleaned 1 and a half baths, kitchen and vacuumed. No dusting or straightening up. She threw put the contents of a basket in the bath. I told her it was not a garbage can; so she fished out the contents. I have since thrown out the contents. She also complained about how messy the house was; so I told her that is why I hired her. She did a good job on what she cleaned but now I have to hire another maid service to clean the rest of the house."
