Elliot, who runs the company, is terrific. He came here for the first visit in order to make sure he understood (and could explain to Isabel) exactly what I wanted done. Since then, he's been extremely responsive to any emails or phone calls I've sent about rescheduling or any other issues. Isbael, who actually handles the cleaning, does SO much better than I ever did on my own. She works very hard while she's here and is incredibly thorough, doing my hardwood floors each time with Murphy's, vacuuming all my furniture, dusting, vacuuming carpets, cleaning stainless steel applicances, etc. Although she doesn't really speak English, and I unfortunately don't speak Spanish, it's worked just fine for me to communicate through Elliot. I trust them with keys to my place and my alarm code. I think their prices (approximately $18 per hour) are unusually reasonable and, truth be told, probably below market - I would expect and would actually be willing to pay more like $23-25 per hour for this level of service (although I do add a gratuity to every charge, which brings the total cost up a bit.) This experience, for me, is an example of how I've gotten my money's worth from Angie's List - I chose them because they were so highly rated and because of the comments other members made about their responsiveness, thoroughness, etc., and I haven't been disappointed."

We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations.
