"Guys were great. Cleaned up after themselves. Good job."

"The young lady arrived on time and ready to work. She changed my bedding, washed sheets and towels, folded and put away where they belonged. She dusted including the fans in the 3 bedrooms, also vacuum and mopped the entire house."

"Terry Rankin, the Operations Manager showed up within two hours of me making a request on Angi's. He showed up when he said he would and was very prepared. He went above and beyond. He cleaned every area he worked in and left the areas better than when he started. I couldn't be happier with Ducts work, service, and professionalism. I will be using them on an annual basis. Terry runs the company the way a company should be ran. I would recommend Ducts 100% to any of my friends or family. Excellent service!!!!!!!!!"

"I was very pleased with the work."

"Great company and does excellent work. Sent videos before and after the cleaning, painted my vents and vacuumed up after they performed the work."

"Owner is very proactive and responsive to feedback. The workers are excellent in providing quality service and if there happens to be a problem the owner responds quickly. I highly recommend this company."

"Great service, good communication, reliable and hard working. I'm very happy with my home's clean exterior."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"Job was done just as requested"

"These guys are just wonderful. The big take away here is that they are honest professionals. The owner came out with a member of his team and thoroughly checked our home for mold. They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. I’m thankful for their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend these guys if anyone I know ever does have a mold problem because I trust that they will only do what needs to be done with out the worry of being over charged."
