"I was pleased with this cleaning service. The workers arrived at the scheduled time. Before the job began, a coordinator came and walked through the house so I could specify what items I wanted to focus on. Two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. I asked to concentrate on dusting and vacuuming. They did that and more. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, including the storm door. When they were finished, the coordinator returned to ensure everything I wanted done was completed. They were professional, thorough and did a very good job. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them for house cleaning."

When he found the cause he cleaned the full length of the vent duct and repositioned it to prevent a recurrence of the problem. At every step of the way he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He is an exceptionally pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable young man and was a pleasure to deal with. "I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. "Purchased the Angie's deal coupon for $250 for full HVAC cleaning and all vents and returns.  During cleaning they found some black mold and recommended deep cleaning for additional $250.  They showed us pics of where the mold and other dirty stuff was and we decided to have them clean it since I doubt duct cleaning was ever performed for this house.  We were satisfied with the result.  The cleaner was prompt and explained everything in detail.  We were satisfied with the service.
