"Excellent service that exceeded my expectations. I will use them again and recommend them to neighbors."

"Working with Align & Shine made such a difference in how functional my kitchen feels. I have limited counter space, and several appliances were taking up valuable room even though I rarely used them. Ali took the time to understand what I actually use and how I use my kitchen, then reorganized things in a way that made sense for my everyday life. She also completely reset my Lazy Susan, which had basically become a catch-all. Everything was removed, the entire space was thoroughly cleaned, and items were organized by category and how often I use them. I can finally see what I have and easily get to what I need without moving everything around. What I appreciated most was that Ali didn’t just make the kitchen look more organized; she made it work better for me. I have more room to prep and cook, everything has a purpose and a place, and the kitchen is much easier to use and maintain."

"Owner was very professional! Came out to do my vent cleaning the same week I called! Was very pleased with the service as they were very affordable, fast, and efficient. 10/10 Will be using them again!"

"Forest, came out and discussed the process to clean the roof. We toured the property and we decided that only the front and minor parts of the rear roof needed doing. They gave us a prompt estimate (with a slight discount), and scheduled the cleaning at the right time just before a period of rain. Forest and Austen were very professional onsite and we toured the outside after the cleaning, so I could see the effectiveness of what they had done. This a young company the guys have great communication skills and give good customer service, they also know their product. I would use them again and highly recommend them."

"I highly recommend this business! She always does such a thorough job and gets everything so clean. I struggle to keep up with cleaning after my long shifts, so her services have helped tremendously. She deep cleans, is VERY thorough, pays attention to details, makes everything tidy, and has even helped me organize my apartment. She is so nice, helpful, and very professional. Her services have made a big difference in my space! I'm always happy with how everything looks after she comes."

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"She does the job right and efficiently and if I ask her for something extra she will do it. She has good experience in house cleaning"
