Texted me in advance of arrival time within the original time frame. Followed all Covid-19 precautions, consulted with me again regarding areas to clean then went to work. Pretreated any areas of concern then did deep steam cleaning of the rugs/ carpets. Excellent job, rugs look great. I recommended him to my neighbor who then booked his service."

"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."
