"Curtis is explained to me that our dryer vent did NOT need cleaning and pointed out that our dryer probably has a problem at 5 years of age. Evidently that is not uncommon these days. He only charged me a $30 service charge instead of the $125 fee for cleaning. What an honorable business man!"

Jesse is very personable, has a great attitude and he gets the job done. My yard was left super clean afterwards, there was no trace of debris left behind.
