"Extremely professional and knowledgeable service. Colby and Eli came out for an estimate on Tuesday and came back Friday for service. We walked through all vents to be cleaned and discussed the antimicrobial treatment. We had just bought the house and the ducts were never cleaned. They individually cleaned 24 vents and treated the system in just a little over 3 hours. They talked us through the whole process and showed plenty of before and after pictures. Would highly recommend!"

"We liked the service. Shawn did a good job cleaning our kitchen hood and dryer vents. But it was a very expensive service. The whole job was completed in one and a half hours and we paid $500. There is no material cost involved or any deep technical expertise. Update 3/30/20 - Received a text message from Shawn regarding this review and he was not polite. I hope he does a better job pricing his jobs going forward and treat his customers properly."

"Called Ned Stevens to get gutter cleaning and they had a great deal on cleaning service that comes out 4 times a year and lowered the overall price of the cleaning so was worth it to pay for the service. Only bad thing was have to pay that whole fee upfront but the guys were very professional and did a wonderful job."
