"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. "I never had this done before so I knew nothing about it.The work was done in a clean fashion but the employee was in a rush due to the boss wanting him to do another job 45 miles away and it was already late in the day. In my opinion why put undue stress on the employee who could make a mistake and possibly be hurt by falling etc. on the present job on my property. I called the employee the next day to calk up one overhead vent and clean out the dryer vent on my den roof as originally promised the day before. It was Sunday morning early but he was agreeable and came over in an hour and completed the job."
