"Very pleasant to deal with"

"Louie was prompt and professional. He went above and beyond to make our windows sparkle and brought to our attention some maintenance issues that were very helpfu. Louie repairs window screens as well and the screen that needed repair looks brand new! I highly recommend Beachside. We were given an estimate up front and an appointment that worked with our schedule."

"Good work in a good amount of time"

"Ryen has done so many projects for me these last couple of years. Installing shelving, painting projects, assembling a storage shed, replacing the wax rings on my toilets, added grab bars in my shower and done countless other small jobs around the house. He's always on time and has great communication. Several of the neighbors have hired him and have all had great experiences."

"He was on time, and figured out a complicated irrigation problem"

"They did a great job of cleaning my tile roof, fixing some broken tiles and generally giving it a tune up. Also cleaned the gutters and power washed the concrete areas around the house. It looks so much nicer!"

"They were honest and professional! The work is excellent and I’m impressed! I favor the 2 youngest co workers, the clean up crew! ( the owners sons) they are two adorable young men and so well mannered! I would hire them again and when we need any roofing I will! I recommend this company for all your roofing needs!"

"Shofar was wonderful to work with; they repaired our patio slab. Removed /tore up damaged concrete, tore out the tree roots which had caused the problem. and then laid a new slab. They were so professional, timely, efficient, and communicative! I highly recommend this company!!!!"

"1st of all, this company IS LICENSED! Not only did they provide their LLC license upon request, but I validated it with the State of California. As for the review...I rarely take the time to post reviews, but I had to with this company/experience.  It is a company that has their heart and talent in the right place! Such a breath of fresh air. The company name says it all. They explained that they started it to help people and proved that they truly do put PEOPLE 1st. They do amazing work, and 100% stand behind it. They are so flexible, patient, and easy & wonderful to work with, and incredibly efficient too! I hired them when I received a notice from my Homeowners Insurance Company stating non-renewal due to algae growth on my roof?!? (that apparently established in a matter of months this year according to the drone pictures they took and provided upon request). When I inquired about what I could do to lift the non-renewal they required the roof to be professionally cleaned and that I provide an invoice and photos after the cleaning in order for the underwriters to reconsider.  I did just that thanks to People's 1st!  There was an urgency to my request and they came through...and were extremely reasonably priced too! After calling my insurance company for an underwriter review of the invoice & photos, they lifted the non-renewal in minutes!   Endless thanks to People's 1st who did the work efficiently, effectively, and with such kindness and grace. And many thanks to Angi for connecting me to them!"
