""Walt" was a great guy to work with. He got us on his schedule the same day we talked, since he was in the area. He powerwashed the house and it looks beautiful! Walt went above and beyond good service. Near the completion of the job it was getting dark. Rather than quit for the day, he borrowed a spotlight and finished the job. He's skilled enough so that the job was completed expertly. We couldn't be more pleased! And it was all at a very reasonable cost."

"Chris did a great job removing black and green mold from the concrete around my porch. He also did a great job cleaning the siding around my porch and patio. And I was amazed with how he cleaned the white trim on my enclosed patio; I thought I was going to have to have it repainted but it looks almost new after the cleaning. I would have given a 5 star rating except that Chris missed the initial estimating appointment and left a small lake of water on my enclosed patio. In the future, maybe Chris should have a ShopVac with him to clean up excess water. I would highly recommend Chris and hire him again."
