"Very friendly, helpful and courteous. They had good suggestions for additional power washing and sealing. I didn't think to ask if they could fix the back step so that it could all be sealed too. Nice! And since they asked if I wanted the front steps done, it made me realize they could power wash and seal the concrete bungalow bench in the front!  (It had been painted long ago and sort of peeling - and one of the seminars said not to paint them - so these guys washed the rest of the paint off. Nice.) The only thing is that the drain outside the basement door got completely stopped up with dirt and debris. I had to call a plumber to clear it out. Not necessarily their fault. It probably needed to be done. I would use them again."
