"Andrew Simmons was referred by a neighbor who was happy with his work. I had Simmons Powerwash my paver bricks, (along driveway and backyard patio) clean out the joints, fill the joints with polymeric sand and seal everything with a matte finish. It was estimated theyâ d need 3 consecutive days weather permitting. Due to excessive heat and heavy rain it was necessary to wait a few days to complete the sealing. Andrewâ s quote was fair, and he explained the process so I would know what they be doing each day. I got my quote on Friday and the job started the following Monday. Andrew and his co-worker Matt were prompt each day arriving when they said they would. They were careful moving plants and patio furniture not to harm anything. Andrew was careful to make sure everything was properly cleaned and dry and ready for the next step. He made sure every joint was filled and no gaps remained. He was careful to ensure the sealer covered every brick and joint. I highly recommend Simmons Power and Soft Wash."

"Antonio & his team did an amazing job with my entire 1st floor "facelift." The project started with painting my 20 year old cabinets and grew into the entire kitchen, replacing backsplash, hardware, and painting the living, dining, & family room. They also did an amazing job of staining my mantel. From start to finish, there was constant communication, guidance when needed. I literally felt like I walked into a new home on the final day. For the level of professionalism & cost, you won't find a better team! I would highly recommend them to anyone! In fact, I have and she has hired them as well!"

"Jasmine and Angel were very well informed on painting, wood, power washing, carpentry. They were fast and efficient. The house, deck and railings look fabulous! They are very nice, friendly and have a strong work ethic. Las Mela's Painting is a winner and I will certainly hire again and refer them. Rich and Jan S. in Wauconda"
