"Excellent job cleaning the green and black stains from the front of my house using there soft wash system. House front was like new in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely hire them again. They charged a very fair price. I tried doing it myself with an after market cleaner and it was a waste of time and money."

"Did a great job. Cleaning my garage floor and glazing my brick porch and trim around my entire yard ."

"Great service, very reasonable price. For sure will use them again."

"Absolutely stunning job! We have an old farm house which is hard to power wash and keep clean! They went above and beyond!!!"

"Dont judge a book by it's cover. It's hard to find a quality handyman -- especially in Northern Michigan. The folks at Clearwater, led by Tyler, quoted quickly and got the job done on time and according to all specified parameters. A small start up that needs a little front end polish -- but dont let that dissuade you from hiring. A quality finished product is what counts. They delivered this in spades. Not only would I hire them again, I sincerely hope to help them grow and will recommend them to the property owners I service in my business."

"Ben has done a lot of different jobs around my house. He was able to repair my central AC when I thought I was for sure going to have to replace it and the repair has been going strong for 5 years. I can count on him to always be honest and to fix things the right way. Any time something breaks around my house, he is the first person I call."

"They did an incredible job washing my home and windows. Took 10 years off the age. 3 story home and the price was very reasonable. Can't recommend them enough"
