"A bit of a slow start; several attempts to contact without returned calls. An appointment was scheduled for 06/29/16. However, it was a no show without notification. I called that evening, left message. I received a call the next day; provided an apology and explanation of equipment failure at a job on 06/28/16 caused him to be down a while and return to finish. I did remind him that prior notification of missing an appointment is in order; not after the fact and when prompted by the customer. Another appointment was scheduled for 07/01/16. Upon arrival, he surveyed the property to size up the job and got right to work. About half way through, he was interrupted by a heavy thunder storm. Once it slacked off, he got back to work and finished up. All in all, it took him approximately 5-5 1/2 hours, excluding the storm delay. Pablo cleaned up and we took care of the bill. We could see an immediate improvement. I was ready to submit the review that night, but my husband suggested I wait a while to get the full benefit. Well, we've done that. And by all means did we get the FULL BENEFIT. Our roof looks BRAND NEW! Even the areas that were the worst look just as clean and new as the rest of the roof. His workmanship is SUPERB. It's obvious, he is knowledgeable of his trade and the benefits it provides the customers. As expected, there was an additional charge; only $300. I was floored! I strongly encourage anyone who has considered doing this to DO IT. I was doing it for the appearance, but killed two birds with one stone as it extends the life of the roof as well. So, don't wait!
