"Just wanted to do a quick shout out to Andrew at Simmons Power Wash! Long story short because we had no grass as a new build I had to water like crazy, and as most of you know our water in McHenry is VERY hard here and it left hard water spots all over my vinyl siding. I went through 4 different companies who all tried actual power washing and different chemicals with no luck unfortunately. When I found Andrew we did a different approach and he actually hand washed it and brushed it, as well as we hooked up to my water softener as well. Andrew spent over 5 hours here and happy to report he got it all the hard water spots off. He even came back a second time for free as a few spots needed a little more TLC after everything dried. I canâ t recommend him high enough, he truly goes above and beyond for his customers, you wonâ t be disappointed!"

"I was skeptical about how much of a difference it would make, but wow my home looks freshly painted without the cost! The team was respectful of my property and finished faster than expected. Best decision I made this month."

"We hired John B. Ventures to help us renovate our home in Lake Villa, with drywall repair (walls/ceilings), painting and electrical troubleshooting & repairs. John not only completed the projects on time, as scheduled, but did an outstanding job in everything tasked, at a very competitive price. We were satisfied beyond all expectations with the end results, and each day everything was cleaned-up! A+"

"Juan arrived on the date and time agreed upon. Juan and a helper started right away in the laundry room and kitchenette areas. They did a excellent job matching the color around the kitchenette backsplash and windows. Cleanup was on point. I have reserved the right to do more businesses at a great price with Juan P. Painting"

"So we had home Genius do our roof, and we had a small hiccups come up but Home Genius and there crews immediately fixed and remedied the issues. Silverio their crew lead was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And Devan did the final clean up and paperwork and was beyond professional.
