"I hired "Shine", because the sales rep was very professional, and gave a good impression. I was told they would be at my home between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. When they did not show up between this time frame, I called the company to cancel. The time was 11:45 a.m. The woman I spoke to said I had gotten the time wrong and they were on their way and should be there within a few minutes. I told her I did not get the time wrong. I know this because I rarely schedule morning hours for anything. I had set my alarm so I would be sure to be up and ready. Due to various factors, mornings are in. I know at this time of year companies are very busy so I accepted this time frame. The woman I spoke with was adamant about the time frame. I told her the company should have called me know they we re running late. I told her I was cancelling the service and would reschedule in the fall. She insisted again that I was wrong. I will try again in the fall to set within that time. Customer Service needs to be improved!"
