When I called him via his cell phone, he said that he had to charge me tax. When I called him back and told him that my receipt says $150.00, he hung up on me. When I called him back, again, he let my call go to voicemail. I called HomeAdvisor and reported this to them. As a result of my calling customer service, I did get a refund credited to my card. This was handled by Mr. Vassallo without delay. He also did apologize for the overcharge. For that, I am, indeed, grateful. I choose to see this issue now, as an error due to just not having a good day. We all get them, so, I no longer am displeased with "customer service". We start over with a clean slate."

Crew was very polite and friendly, the area was cleaned up before they left. They even repaired some mortar that had cracked when the lintel failed.
