"I wrote a $2,000 check for a bill of $1,640, leaving a gratuity of $360. Dylan and his assistant Andrew came around 11 am after finishing their previous job. They stopped at 8:30 pm, with Andrew putting in 4 overtime hours for the day. Since my windows haven't been cleaned for a few years, it took them unexpectedly longer time to clean. Seeing this, I told Dylan not to rush but to properly clean all the windows and write me a new quote after the job is done. The next day, a Saturday, Dylan came alone and finished all the jobs, including vacuuming the curtains, cleaning the dryer vent, pressure washing my large concrete patios, at around 9 pm.
