"Novelli Pressure Washing did a very mediocre job. There are still many dirty or streaked spots on the siding. I let Devin know and he said he would come back and touch up all the spots plus clean several outside windows which had a film on them. He never returned and did not let me know. Also in quoting the job, I wanted the interior windows cleaned and let him know that some were double windows that go up and down. He only wiped down the inner most pane. I will not use Novelli again and cannot recommend his service since he did not follow through with completing the job."
