"Steve from Double S Power Washing was great to work with. Very prompt and professional with his communications. Gave us a very fair price and described exactly what they would do and when. We have an older Cape roof that was almost solid green with moss build up. They cleaned off all loose debris and then treated the entire roof to clean and kill off the moss. They showed up exactly when promised and completed the work. They sent us an invoice by text and email, so it made payment very easy. Very happy customer. We’d definitely recommend them"

"The service was acceptable, but it was incomplete and did not meet my expectations. The garage windows were not cleaned at all. When I spoke with the company on the phone, I was told they would bring their own water. However, upon arrival, they asked to use water from our house instead. I specifically requested window cleaning, but none of the window screens were removed. As a result, we were told that we would need to clean the remaining dust and residue ourselves afterward. I was also informed that the job would take approximately three hours to complete, but the crew finished in about one hour. Considering the work that was left unfinished, the significantly shorter service time was surprising. Additionally, the price was higher than the quotes I received from other companies. Given the premium price, I expected a more thorough and complete service. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and did not feel that the quality of the work justified the cost."

"Nelson, came to my home last night to power wash my back porch, which has composite decking on it. Nelson went above and beyond, very personable, very thorough, the cost was good and I am so pleased. I would recommend this man in a heartbeat. Nelson was his first name and he is a beacon Falls resident and I know who will be power washing from now on at my house. Thank you so so much."

"Went very well, power washed house and white fence to perfection. Bob was very conscientious about his work. Timely and efficient. Would absolutely hire him again."

"Excellent work very respectful of my home & property"

"Unique’s Painting was recommended to us by a friend when we were selling our house and moving into a new home. Both houses needed work done, and we were in a bit of a time crunch. Prior to hiring, i explained our situation to the owner who was above and beyond accommodating. They worked it out so that both jobs were completed within our time frame. They were pleasant, professional and meticulous. Our overall experience was great and we were more than pleased with the work done."

"I love my new roof and the workers were very clean."

"Fantastic job! Mike was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations. My cousin visited from out of state and questioned if I had new siding installed. I said that it was the work of an awesome power washer (Mike). Thank you very much for a reasonable price for a wonderful job. I couldnâ t be more pleased."

"Yes the job was done right. We have no leaks since."

"I have used Elvin a couple of times and Iâ ve been extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend him."
