He was very flexible with our requests and did extra repairs on the house trim and also power washed our house. Some areas had very old paint that was hard to remove. They did a great job removing old paint and applying a protective layer before painting. Carlos and his team are hard workers and finished the job fast. The appearance of the house has improved dramatically! After 10 months the paint is still strong and looks great. All that for a very reasonable price."

And I was amazed with how he cleaned the white trim on my enclosed patio; I thought I was going to have to have it repainted but it looks almost new after the cleaning. I would have given a 5 star rating except that Chris missed the initial estimating appointment and left a small lake of water on my enclosed patio.
