"Nothing special, my home was power washed"

"Exceptional job. ACS - American Cleaning Service - Exceeded my expectations. The exterior of my home has never been this clean before. I have had power washing done before, but never has anyone been so thorough and paid such attention to detail. Josh did an outstanding job for me."

"Did a great job pressure washing our home"

"They did such a fantastic job power washing the entire outside of my home. And, they were actually fairly quiet. I hardly heard them while I was working from home inside! I had some pretty tough spots on the back side of the house and they got those off easily! Thank you for such a great job. You never know what you're getting when you hire someone online and it is a great feeling when they turn out to be so good at what they do! So THANKS AGAIN!"

"Vega is very professional, efficient and his prices are reasonable. The completed work looks amazing and it so nice to pull up to my house that looks brand new."

"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."
