"Just wanted to do a quick shout out to Andrew at Simmons Power Wash! Long story short because we had no grass as a new build I had to water like crazy, and as most of you know our water in McHenry is VERY hard here and it left hard water spots all over my vinyl siding. I went through 4 different companies who all tried actual power washing and different chemicals with no luck unfortunately. When I found Andrew we did a different approach and he actually hand washed it and brushed it, as well as we hooked up to my water softener as well. Andrew spent over 5 hours here and happy to report he got it all the hard water spots off. He even came back a second time for free as a few spots needed a little more TLC after everything dried. I canâ t recommend him high enough, he truly goes above and beyond for his customers, you wonâ t be disappointed!"

"The crew showed up exactly when scheduled and started work upon arrival. They had one person washing the outside and one person washing the inside and completed the job in less than 2 hours (4 bedroom house). I cannot believe how much better our windows look and would happily hire these guys again. Top notch and professional!"

"We have used JM Painting and Construction on several projects throughout the years, including building our back patio, exterior staining and interior painting. Antonio and his father are honest, fair, and dependable. They always show up on time when they are scheduled and are very transparent with their pricing, and communicate any issues if they arise, so there aren't any surprises. They complete all projects to our satisfaction, and everything is done with the highest quality. We are very happy with the work they have done for us over the years and will continue using JM Painting for future projects."

"On time clean and professional."

"They also cleaned my windows"

"Rob responded very quickly and finished the job that day! I would recommend him highly!"

"Tony came over to remove a sink and install a new one and patch and paint the powder room. His work was excellent and he made some minor suggestions which were great. He worked with me on the price when adding some extra work and unlike many workmen he vacuumed the room after patching the walls. He was so great in many areas we have decided to hire him in remodeling our master bathroom. Finally found a competent and talented handyman!"
