"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. "An old crack in the foundation window well area, along the edge where the window is framed into the foundation and a crack was allowing water inside during very heavy rainstorms.  The tech visited to give us an estimate. We compared the estimate to another Angie's List company and settled on these guys. We scheduled the work for mid-day and the tech called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could be there early which worked well for us. 

He cleaned the area, removed the old patch (done by the prior owner or a handyman long ago), cleaned and prepared the area, and injected the epoxy filler. We saw from the outside in the window well that the the epoxy filler had moved up the crack and sealed it outside too. He cleaned up after the job was done and hauled away all the debris. 

They did a great job from evaluation of the problem, described their solution and guarantee, was on-time and professional, and did a good job.

We won't know for sure if the crack is well and truly sealed until the next heavy prolonged downpour, but we feel confident the problem is solved."
