"We are very happy with Premier Windows. The quality and installation work was efficient and professional. We ordered just before the covid19 lockdown began, and wondered how it would come together. Being older, we worried about letting a crew into our home, but decided it would be a go. The crew wore masks, worked quickly and were conscientious of distancing. The workmanship was excellent, the product is of great quality, and we found Pat Patel, the company rep, honest and informative. Pricing, while still expensive, at $5950, was approximately 1/3 less than other estimates. We would definitely hire again, and will highly recommend."

Having researched many of the providers and contacted many, I highly recommend anyone with flooding issues call and get RealSeal's opinion before proceeding. RealSeal solved my basement flooding issues at a fraction of the cost (unlike other providers who try to sell you an entire system whether you need it or not). They have very honest sales people and provided great service. Our house had previously had basement flooding and seepage issues. I knew the cause of the flooding and had a fair sense of where the seepage was coming from and my home remodeling contractors (who gutted my basement) had a similar view on the source of flooding and seepage. Every service provider I called tried to sell me some huge draintile system and sump system that was an exorbitantly costly, unnecessary and overkill solution. Real Seal were the only guys who came in and were completely honest in terms of where the seepage was coming from - under the windows and a few cracks in the wall (actually created by the cable guys); their thoughts were consistent with what I had seen over the last decade in the house and what my contractors thought.
