"Vertex delivered in a timely manner, with a little coaxing, what they were contracted to do. This involved removing two layers of existing roofing, providing new roofing material and installing it in a timely manner, installing new soffits with appropriate venting to support the their newly installed cobra attic ventilation system. They also did a good job of removing all old roofing material and cleaning up all debris in the surrounding yard. My comment about needing some coaxing was primarily due to the management of the front office with respect to a contract that was slightly different than a normal roofing replacement contract. There was, I must say, no resistance to actually performing the work required by contract, once the modifications to the contract were explained to the staff, and Vertex never requested any variance from the original quoted, and agreed to, contractual amount. All in all I would recommend Vertex to anyone planning a roofing project."
