Got here quickly, were honest an up front about the nature and cost of the work, and helpful with insurance

I rated the way I did because I have nothing to compare it.

They were at my home within 45 minutes of my phone call and took over immediately. They had all of the blowers (6) and dehumidifiers (2) needed for my problem. All long term damage was prevented.

100% without reservation would I recommend this company. We had a bathtub overflow and flood the upstairs bathroom and ceiling and walls of first floor (living room and kitchen). I called multiple companies to come and give me a quote. 1-800-Flooded was at my house before any other company even bothered to call me back. They took the time to walk me through their process and answered all my questions. I wanted multiple quotes and told them I would contact them later one way or another. In the end we decided to go with 1-800-Flooded and scheduled a time window for them to return. Their technician called me later to know his approximate arrival time. When they showed up they set up their equipment quickly and took care to not add to the damage (wearing booties, carefully bringing in and setting up equipment, etc.). Every step of the way they were professional, courteous, and really took the time to explain everything to us. The job was done extremely well and we couldn't be happier with their service (despite the circumstances--nobody WANTS to hire a water remediation company). I hope I never have to use their services again but if necessary they will be the only company I call.

They came out after midnight to assist with water in our basement. Tony Novagradi was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

My water tank leaked on my basement and they came out in the middle of the night within about an hour and quickly stopped and solved my problem. Saved my carpet and padding. Very impressed with the work.

They are very time sensitive to my needs and are very very friendly. The people that were at my home were very respectful and good workers hard to come by.

I never had a contractor as great as him in my home. Even wore booties for my home.

Make sure you only utilize their business sized dehumidifiers for one night; if possible. The rental charge on this item is high. Plus don't expect to be able to "eat off the floor" once they are done. There will be some residue left on the floor in the basement which we found acceptable to us.

Very determined to get the job. Parked outside down the street. Did do as they said. But I am missing an item from my bedroom when they had 7 guys on the job the first night, a set of rare DVD tapes. Also found my underware on the other side of room. The main guys in charge of the job seem to be good to their word. Joe is very assertive and nice to talk to. Only problem was trying to get them to submit an invoice to my insurance company.
