Our primary service is asbestos surveys and property assessments for both residential and commercial properties. The bulk of our portfolio has been directed toward vacant, abandoned and foreclosed structures. We provide these services to the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation as well as all other municipalities in Cuyahoga County. Our system allows us to do an in-depth asbestos survey and/or property assessment in a very short period of time yet with reliable accuracy. We operate a streamlined business, which provides a competitive price point for our clients. Only certified and accredited labs test our samples from each property. Upon receipt of the results of the assessment, we efficiently provide each report to the respective client for sound decision making.
