Commercial Wood Flooring Refinishing Service
I was referred to Guilherme at the advice of our contractor. The initial process for picking out a stain for our hardwood floors was helpful, as he came to our home and showed us samples in person along with a test run on our wood. They started on time. The finish of wood was pretty. However, the railing that was installed left some precision to be desired. On the last day, some of the spindles still were not glued (and remain wobbly), and some were not straight. We have a one year-old child, and we wanted to ensure her safety. However, they left on the last day without checking in with us, and we were unable to talk through any imperfections. He then stated by text that he would be back to install the carpet which was a part of our contract and that he would tighten things up. However, after several text messages, I did not receive any response. I also paid him in full. We now have to find and pay someone else to correct this job. The contract was not honored. Would not recommend.
