Sanchez Painting Services & Handyman-License Not Yet Provided

Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience with Sanchez Painting. Throughout the project, they showed a complete lack of communication with building residents?no notice about when access was needed, when items had to be moved, or when work would occur. This created constant disruption and frustration for everyone in the building. Even worse, they damaged multiple areas of the property and attempted to cover it up with paint instead of properly repairing it. This is not just sloppy work, it?s dishonest and shows a lack of integrity. They also repeatedly left doors open and unlocked, creating serious security risks for residents, and had a blasé, indifferent attitude when concerns were raised. The project dragged on for two and a half months, far longer than reasonable. I would strongly advise against using this company. Poor communication, poor workmanship, and poor respect for the people whose property they were working on.
