4 All Budget Appliance Repair

4 All Budget did a great job diagnosing a very pesky dishwasher issue that I’d tried extremely hard myself to repair prior to calling them. They were extremely courteous, timely, and worked hard to diagnose the issue successfully. The only issue I did not give 4 All Budget five stars for was cost. I was charged more than double the quoted service call price, and while I understand that the job required additional time beyond a normal call felt that this was not very fair given that the service tech did not have the epoxy required on hand to fix the issue. I was able to purchase it and use his detailed, informative instructions to make a successful repair to the washer myself, however given the additional expense, time, and work I had to put in to rectify the broken dishwasher, do not feel the significantly more expensive cost I paid was justified (and what I was charged for wasn’t indicated properly on the invoice, which makes me unsure what labor actually was charged). Again, having spoken with the courteous, informed technician, I felt confident that not only had he diagnosed the issue properly but that his solution would fix the problem. I also learned during the call that 4 All Budget is a newer, extremely busy company getting everything pricing-wise defined. I would certainly use them again but was a bit disappointed by the unanticipated expense. Overall, would highly recommend. They will fix your issue or at least give you the tools to make sure you are able to fix it. Thanks guys!

They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable and forthcoming with information pertaining to the repair that needed to be done. They explained the repair easy enough for a 2 yr. old to understand.

Justin and Mike were professional and courteous. Once we confirmed my appointment, Mike called me to keep me updated about their arrival time. I appreciated this courtesy because it allowed me to better plan my day. Justin found the problems with my dishwashers, completed the repair and gave me advice on how to keep both machines in good working condition. I was very grateful that they were able to come 2 days before a holiday and did it rush through the job. I have two other appliance repairs and will be calling them back. Great Job gentlemen😀

The problem with my LG refrigerator was leaking the coolant and could not be repaired, but the overall customer service was good.

The technician arrived on time. He assessed the repair needed on my gas oven and explained what was required to make the repair. The technician had the part in his vehicle and made the repair. He also cleaned the area when he was done and did a second check to make sure the oven lit before he left. I would hire them again.

Techs were honest and respectful, didn't try to sell me things I didnt need. Great pricing and got my dryer fixed in no time.

I contacted them to repair a Danby model refrigerator. No other techs were willing to repair it. Needless to say the fridge was not worth repairing. Mike was responsive and came out quickly. No complaints--a little pricey, but would use again.

My appliances were beyond repair so they couldn't actually fix my stuff but they were very nice and professional and didn't try to pretend to fix something that was beyond repair.
