Carl was great! He quickly located where the fowl smell was coming from and no tests were needed (we had a broken sewer pipe located below our house which was causing the smell). I highly recommend him!

Our experience with the actual testing and communication and all like that was very good. The problem though, has been in follow up. There have been a couple phone calls about the results that the inspector did not return. So we're still not hearing from him and that's very frustrating.

Even though my due date for test results was clear ahead of time I still had to fight to get the results days later thanthat due date.

Super fast service

This person was a good friendly and a professional inspector. He did his jpb very carefully. The mold inspector should have guide me more on what other things I should have added in the testing such as between the walls, under the crawl space... etc for any sign of mold present or not. Now I have to bring the mold inspector again for these testes and it will cost more than if it was done in the first visit. He also have follow up by call in case I need any more services or need any clearence certificates after remidation was done to the property.

Great experience! Carl was as professional as they come. I shopped around on the internet for hours and his prices were the best I found. Carl took the time to answer all my questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. He answered his phone on the 2nd ring told me he'd call 30 minutes before arrival, which he did and finished the job timely. This guy was 'the best'!

The initial visit was very beneficial but I don't think it was worth the money. I had to followup for my report which was not delivered in the timeline as promised. Then it took several days of emails and calls to get someone to go over the report with me. It was disappointing that the final report did not have more detail or any written summary of the findings.

Carol was very professional, personable, and clear in explaining what he was doing and why. when I called to tell him I hadn't received the report from the lab, he took care of it right away.

The service was just what I hoped for. The gentleman who did the tests drove through rush hour traffic and allowed me me to be his last appointment of the day. I received a report from the lab 4 days later just like he said and he helped me read it when I called him. I appreciate the service and may need to use it again.

I had an air quality testing firm that was supposed to do clearance testing but turned out to be a no-show. I contacted Service Magic and I called A 1 Certified Environmental because they were first on the list. I explained that I didn't want to hold up reconstruction any longer than necessary, and Carl found time in his schedule to appear at the home that afternoon and do the testing immediately. Further, he promised lab results by the following Thursday but I received them on Wednesday, and his price was much lower than I expected. He also dealt with my elderly, confused client in a very professional, friendly manner.
