I honestly dont know where to start. Mr hagay the owner was just amazing. Work was professional. I remodeled my entire house a 5k sq foot home in 2 months. And mr hagay not once did i ask for somthing and he say no to me. And for that am so grateful. I recommend The company from my heart. I thank AAA for there honest and beautiful work.

I can't say enough positive things about Guy and his company. AAA customer service level cannot be beat. He was respectful, diligent, honest and worked hard to and ensured every detail was completed to his (and my) standard. He came in with a fair price, started immediately, and hit his quoted timeline to finish the project. During our walk through, he brought new ideas on how to make the place look even nicer than originally planning, in cost effective ways. I had started the project with another contractor who dragged his feet and barely completed any work before I fired him. Guy came to the rescue. He renovated my 1000 sq ft rental unit I just purchased, which included a full gut bathroom, tiling the entire room 1/2 way up the wall, skim coating the top floor to remove the popcorn texture, new doors, frames, hardware, lights, fixtures, luxury vinyl plank flooring through the whole unit, added subway tile back splash in the kitchen, and a fresh paint job. They serviced the boiler, reinforced the basement beams, cleaned out all the trash. After my roofer damaged some of the trim along the base of my roof, he came to the rescue again and took care of the issue. I appreciated his constant communication, sending video and picture updates daily so I didn't feel the need to stop by every day. I'd recommend AAA Unique Construction to anyone!

They did awesome work on my basement They took out old carpets old ceiling tiles They did new floors new ceilings Half bathroom in the basement Guy the owner was very courteous and responsive to any of our requests his team was very polite and proficient and they finish the job on time and went the extra mile for us I definitely will recommend them to our friends and family and already book them for next projects

My kitchen was renovated and new steps put in to include siding work and it s looks amazing my wife is extremely happy with the transformation and all the work highly recommended will use this company again for future work

I honestly do not know where to begin... Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness,and Value are just a few words to describe this company. I gave them a huge renovation project with an addition, the finishing of my basement, and updated my existing home. This project has always been a dream of mine and they expertly made it a reality. If you are currently looking for a construction company to make your home project a reality look no further- you've found the BEST.

The workers were efficient and conscientious. They clearly took great pride in the quality of their work. Guy was responsive to our requests and design. Big praise for Igor and Jose who worked long hours and did a fantastic job.

AAA Construction completed an apartment remodel for me in 2018. Hagay is very charismatic and funny. He listened to what I wanted and made it come to life. He provided frequent video and picture updates throughout the project. If something was not as expected he would have his team fix it to meet expectations. The apartment turned out great! Since then I have called AAA Construction to work on other projects.

AAA Unique did an absolutely beautiful job on my kitchen. From the first phone call they were friendly and treated me like family. The lead contractor was always smiling and worked with me until my kitchen was perfect. Also the employees worked quickly and efficiently every day. I m so happy I found AAA Unique and recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel of any kind!

As a 75 yr old former contractor ,I can say my experience with AAA was so much more then I ever expected. Mine was a major demo remodel of 3 rooms plus a 500 foot trek deck. They went above and beyond to satisfy our multiple requests. We received daily pictures and videos on the progress. Guy's creativity with the design was very helpful. He had his team resolve all of the imperfections that we noticed throughout the project. We will enjoy our new kitchen and living space for years to come.

I would highly recommend AAA Unique Construction and Designs for any work you need to be done. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Guy and his company from day1! I found AAA Unique Construction by searching for contractors in the area and reading reviews on Home Advisor. They had favorable reviews across the board so I thought I would at least get an estimate from them. Guy came out and reviewed the job (taking down my existing patio enclosure and rebuilding it including a new roof, siding, and gutters) with me. He was very personable and asked me several detailed questions to ensure he understood the scope of the job. He even had some good recommendations for me if I was interested. I received a very reasonable estimate which was lower than the others I received so I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed!! They did everything I wanted to be done and they did not cut any corners. The framing for the structure was far more sturdier than before. The materials used were all of excellent quality. I personally watched the structure go up and any questions I had were immediately answered. Any minor changes I wanted were made without question. The owner (Guy) would show up early each day and throughout the day to ensure the job was going smoothly and the schedule maintained. Anytime I texted or called him he immediately responded. I was very happy with their customer friendly service. The workers on the crew were all knowledgeable and very proficient. If I had any questions they would answer them promptly. They completed the work on time, cleaned up and provided a final product my wife and I both like very much. I would gladly recommend AAA Unique Construction and Designs, Inc for any work you need - big or small! Try them - like me you won't be disappointed!!!

The guy was extremely responsive. If he did not answer right away, he called me back within minutes. He took short videos on his phone and sent daily updates of the project. Any issue/concern he would think about and resolve. Creative and flexible. Open to any design idea I had, making sure it is what I wanted. I recommend this company, and on hiring them again on future projects.

I recently hired AAA Unique to do several projects in a house I was selling. The owner, Hayat Hagay, came to the house and gave me a very reasonable estimate and start date. I needed the ceiling and some walls painted, the kitchen sink replaced,work done in the bathrooms, a concrete patio power washed and some outside trim replaced around a door. I was amazed to find the work done on time and the owner even threw in a few extras. Mr. Hagay showed up every day to check the work was being done correctly. He's extremely friendly and is truly interested the work is being done to your satisfaction. I've dealt with many home improvement companies over the years but AAA Unique is by far and away the best. Friendly people, great work, fair and reasonable prices and they finish the job according to schedule! I'd highly recommend them! Thank you Mr. Hagay! Finally a contractor you can trust!

Best customer service ever had with construction company Hagay the owner and his crew went above and beiond to make our house look fantastic It was kitchen and bathroom Remodell and flooring throughout the all house including painting we were very pleased with the outcome and we definitely recommend and use there services in the future

This company was terrible with small details on the finished product, the paint job was horrible. They left too many things undone that a professional should have never called THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!! They had to keep coming back weeks later to fix things... That should have been done correctly the first time!!!

*IMPORTANT* I wish I could give Hagay and his team 6 stars. Here's a quick background of something that happened to me BEFORE I hired AAA. I had a horrible experience with a different contractor. That contractor promised to do a full room renovation. He demolished my walls and then ran off with a decent amount of the money. I had a difficult time trusting contractors since. I was quoted by almost 15 contractors. Almost all the other contractors said they felt sorry for my experience. However, they still priced as if the demolished walls, etc hadn't already happened. Not only did Hagay understand my situation, but he priced me better than any of the other contractors. There was only one other contractor that matched his price but that contractor said he was too busy til after the New Years. We wanted to get our room finished before the New Years. Hagay said his team was busy as well BUT that he would fit us in somehow. He delivered as promised. His workers were supposed to start at 8 AM. They arrived earlier, at 7:45 AM. Two workers by the names of Dave and Sam worked SO hard. They went beyond and above what they usually do and delivered a final product that I am so very happy about. There were minor complications such as extra wiring that had to be done due to the lack of power coming into the room, and most contractors would charge more than what they originally quoted. Hagay still stuck to the original price. From the beginning he said he's not in it for the money. Some contractors say that just to gain your trust. In this case, Hagay (AAA) showed that he (they) truly meant it. They finished all the work in a timely manner, especially for a full room renovation in just two weeks, all while working on other projects. The other reviews you are seeing on this page are all clients who are showing the same kind of appreciation as I am for the final products. I went from losing trust in contractors to gaining it right back. It took some time but I will now whole-heartedly recommend AAA Unique Construction and Designs, INC to any and all friends I have who are in need of any kind of remodeling. The men that work in this group are hard working people. I especially want to give a special thank you to Sam. He created one of those James Bond doors that look like a bookshelf from scratch! Usually these doors can be custom ordered but they cost over $1000! I've always wanted one of these and now have one. I am a full time videographer and now have my first-ever video editing studio. I will be making a full video of the room later down the line once my equipment is set up. The renovations included: sheet rock, flooring, HVAC, recessed lighting, removal of original entrance, creation of new entrance, framing for a new wall in the middle of the room, painting/caulking, a new bookshelf door, and more.
