"Thank you for the review your tech was Jim."
"Sorry, you feel that way. If you call the office another tech would have gone to review the repairs and make adjustments."

"Thank You for your review. There are several events that caused this type of poor rating. First, the customer was expecting to get a 15% discount from us that was offered by Home Advisor; we were not informed by HA that there was a promotion going on and consequently the technician did not offer it to the cust. Secondly, the customer was made aware, by our office, of an ongoing 10% discount for seniors & Veterans and the technician did not offer it to the cust. Third, the customer is a retired surgical care nurse and was very much taken back when our tech did not have a mask or gloves before entering her home; she provided such to the tech and for that, we are very grateful. Finally, the repair was done, and since it only required a tray to be removed and re-installed the tech did not charge the usual minimum repair fee instead he opted to charge the service call fee of $79.00. The customer assumed that a 10% discount would be given at that time but our policy has always been to discount only if we do billable work, in this case, there was none only a service call fee. After discussing the events with the customer our office has decided to reimburse the customer 10% of the service call. Obviously, we must be more specific when explaining discounts and more aware of the health conditions of our customers and technicians. Thank you, Ms. Thomas, for bringing this issue to our attention."

"Thank you for your review. Sean was your tech. He indicated to you that in lieu of repair which would have been pricey ($280.00 without replacing the door & $450.00 replacing it). A new dishwasher could be bought at one of the box stores for $400 to $500.00 with a full year warranty on all parts. Sometimes we have to tell you, what you don't want to hear. Sorry, you felt cheated about the service call fee but you knew the costs prior to making the appointment."
"Thank you for your kind words, as you already indicated your tech was Dan."

"Thank you for taking the time for your review. I noticed that you were very satisfied with the Quality of our work as well as the service we provide. However, the value for money was quite poor. It is our policy to always give a written estimate to our customers before we continue with a repair, so you had ample time to tell our technician not to do the repairs if you felt the money for repairs was improper, why did you not stop the technician from doing the repair? We are sorry you feel we have overcharged you. Our techs have many years of training and never stop with their continuing education, this is not cheap. As I'm sure you notice your appliances are updated every year with the latest technology, there are many different manufacturers of residential appliances and each offer many different models of refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc. Technicians need to be educated in each of those updates. These folks are no longer the fellow that shows up in your home with a greasy uniform and a half-chewed cigar in the corner of their mouth. So unfortunately in order to stay in business and provide GOOD QUALITY & GOOD SERVICE, we must pay these folks GOOD WAGES."
