My first experience was they did not keep the first appt; they didn't show up or call; I had to call them and they rescheduled. When they eventually came for the 1st of what is supposed to be 2 visits, the treatment they applied worked quite well. There was supposed to be a 2nd visit/treatment (today) but no one came or called. I left a message on voicemail but no response...I am disappointed because I wanted to give them a chance, especially since the treatments work. I only have off from work one day per week and I am always understanding if there is an emergency or delay and I am happy to reschedule....but there was no call back; we paid the full amount on the 1st visit and we should have had the 2nd treatment by now (included in the written agreement which confirmed the appointment for today)

Michael Rivers was able to accommodate my request for a residential termite inspection on a Sunday and within 24hrs of calling. Michael was on-time, attentive and thorough throughout the process. Michael educated us on his work and what he was looking for around the house and perimeter. This was a great experience.

He explained things over the phone for me in detail and even took the time to explain thing even further once they arrived. My appointment was scheuled for 8:00 am and they were here by 7:50am quick and very professional. I would use them again if I had to. Great service.

EXTREMELY easy going gentleman to work with. I've been with bed bugs for quite some time and was doubtful that his remedy would work since I've tried most but here I am and its going to be 3 months and I havent seen NOT ONE!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH ABSTRACT. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. My family can sleep at night and thats awesome!!!

I haven't had the project done yet so I can't rate the quality of their services. However they had very good customer service and the price was good. I already have recommended them to someone else.

UPDATED RATING: Original service was quick and reasonably priced. A need for additional service seems to be required and will be done in the warmer months in 2015 as needed.

My wife and I are happy with the service we received. As this was a first time issue with pests like these, it was important that we were reassured by an experienced crew of pest control professionals and that they would be able to alleviate the problem at its root. I was not home at the time of the service, but my wife said that they were quite thorough and all had a pleasant demeanor - polite, courteous, as well as hard-working. I did get a chance to meet Mr. Rivers, and during his inspection of the house, his explanation of termites was quite informative. Thanks Abstract!

Michael Rivers gave great customer service and service overall. He had a positive outlook and attitude, very professional man and very knowledgable about our situation. He also did my mother's home, his price was very competitive and low. He is an amazing, excellent professional and I would recommend him to others. ABSOLUTELY!My gf was so panicked and called him over and over and he still was very patient and giving advice even while out to eat dinner with his family. He was great. It is a year guarantee!

Excellent service and reasonable price. They are small but very efficient. I called Mr. River so many times regarding the schedule change. He answered my each call without any complains and was willing to make change every time to fit my schedule including the weekend. They had to come to my basement twice to finish the job since I didn�t clear up all the shelves that were on the way for drilling holes for termite treatment .They sprayed one of my severe damaged wood beams twice after I requested it on their second visit. I am very glad that I choose to use Abstract Company. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

I finally aranged with Mr. Rivers to come out. I am having a problem with roaches & ants. So far so good. He'll be back in 2 weeks. Excellent price, customer service & arrived when he said he would.

I had spoken to another company who gave me a price before they even evaluated the problem. When I contacted Abstract, Mr. Rivers proved very knowledgeable and agreed to come out that day. He was very thorough in his inspection and extremely fair with his pricing. I was shocked to find out that the price even included a follow up visit! A great service at a great price! Michael was extremely knowledgeable and open to explaining the process of pest control. He was very honest about the need for treatment in terms of frequency and the scale of treatment our house actually needed. He was very punctual, and followed up to see if we'd had any problems since his visit (which we didn't). I feel that we got a great value, and an honest and capable person to use for the long term.
