Charles called me within a few hours of submitting through home adviser. He was here just a couple hours after that. My drain in my only bathroom was clogged and would it run at all. After 30 minutes the drain was open and 30 minutes more and the falling apart pipe was modified and new piping was added under the sink. Charles cleaned everything up before he left and made sure to ask if I had any other plumbing issues. The price was very reasonable and I Would say I have found the plumber I will use from here on out.

Charles and his associate were on time, with same day service. He fixed the problem at a fair price and left the work area in great shape. The following day he made a follow-up call just to check if everything was okay. It was. I would call again if I need a plumber and will recommend him to others.

"What a weirdo...upon arrival, this guy asked for 85$ to be knocked off, our Standard Main Sewer Snaking Rate, which is $285...ok, I reduced our standard rate, from $285 to 250$ (he claimed not to be presently working, it happens)...Kevin Glenn Agreed with the Reduced Rate, BEFOREHAND, No Problem...then we get 3.33 stars, for trying to help this guy..."
