Rudy was fantastic - called me right away, very professional, fixed the problem in 10 minutes.

They promptly diagnosed my problem and said it was not necessary to do a repair at this time. They were prompt, courteous and ontime. I would hire them if I need them in the future.

The thermostat was not broken, just missing a battery. They did not try to sell me another thermostat or lie about the situation.

Rodolfo was excellent with a late night emergency heater repair going above and beyond. Also, their office was very prompt in handling post-project details necessary for us to be reimbursed by our insurance company.

Rodolfo and his partner were professional and efficient. The estimate was for 3-4 hours for installation but took them only 2.5 hours. They were excellent in explaining things as they were going along and I had questions. And Rodolfo was a GREAT conversationalist, even if my military service wasn't as a member of the 82nd Airborne!

They were prompt, efficent, and repaired my furnace to working order. We recommended them to both neighbors and they also used them and were satisfied.

I would not hire them again due to poor customer service. I needed my companies thermostat repaired and Airflow Pros initially seemed really eager to do the work. They came out the next day and quoted me over $500 to do the work but then lowered the price to $150 once they confirmed the parts were under warrenty. everything seemed fine until we turned on the AC and there was zero airflow. I called them back to let them know it wasnt working and it took them almost a week to return only to tell me they couldn't do the work and to call the original AC installers! They were a waste of time and $.

They were prompt, professional, considerate, and didn't cost me an arm and a leg! The fan went out on my 30 year old swamp cooler a couple of months ago, they showed up within a couple hours of my call, and fixed it within less than one hour, wow! A couple of months later, the motor started going out. Rodolfo tried for two weeks to save the motor, but sadly it was gone. He ordered the new motor, and installed it as soon as it arrived, no waiting around for days and days! If you want excellence in customer service and quality work, you must call these guys!!!

Rudy and his crew were amazing. Very professional, knowledgable and more than competitive prices. Due to my crawlspace issues they had to install in a difficult area, including mounting it as well. replaced all the rotted parts that were over 25 years old at no extra charge. Due to the old system wiring, he returned right away at night to replace all the old wiring to the thermistate which included running it into the house, once again at no charge. It is refreshing to have a company that really cares about what they do.

Inexplicable speed, high quality work, great communication and straight shooting. An inspection turned into a complete furnace replacement. From the moment I picked up the phone to ask for a consultation it wasn't 24 hours before I had a new thermostat, sealed ducts, and a new furnace. I got lucky with timing, but that gives you an idea of what can be accomplished with these guys. The work looks and IS top notch. Thanks to Rudy and his team, we're very happy we found you!

They installed a different (better 2 stag furnace than the one contracted) It requiring a different 4 wire thermostat that arrived about 2 weeks later! The wate was worth while.

I initially received a prompt response and visit by Airflow Pros, and was told that a part had to be ordered and that someone would get back to me within a couple days. It has been over 2 months and, although I have called a couple of times to get updates, no one ever calls me back as promised and my heater still isn't fixed. It's unfortunate because the initial visit left me hopeful. However, the communication and follow through is very poor and I will be working with another company.
