My husband dropped an entire quart of black paint on one of my bedroom carpets, although it was an accident I was sick to my stomach because the carpet were only 3 yrs old and they were very expensive, I knew I couldnâ t get a replacement because that run was out of stock. I called them in a panic knowing in my mind I would probably have to replace them. He came out right away and low and behold because of his expertise the black paint did in fact come out. Love this company and will definitely use them again

Alba came and cleaned my carpet which had a horrible condition. My carpets were impossible to clean and were always dirty no matter what I did. They are fantastic. Tim was great and showed up to provide a timely estimate on the same day. I hired the prior to clean my girlfriend's carpets while we were selling her house. Now I hired them again to do my house. They not only cleaned the carpets like new, but there cleaned my ceramic tile grout that was black in some spots. The kitchen and dining room now look brand new with the grout cleaned. ALBA, Tim and Marc are very professional and answered all my questions. They are fantastic and I give them 5 Star. The owner, Tim, showed up on time. I always appreciate not having to wait , and the job was excellent. I live on the third floor of a complex and he had to trudge up and down the stairs a few times in 90 degree heat. He hooked his hoses to the kitchen sink. All stains were removed, all cat hair is gone, and the rugs look pristine, almost new. One of my neighbors stopped by to see what was going on because he was interested in having his rugs cleaned. I recommended Alba to two of my neighbors as well. I will be using him once a year now.

I'm only giving Tim 5 stars because it wouldn't let me give him 7!!! I was certain I needed all new carpets but a friend suggested I call Tim first. He brought my carpets back to life and saved me from wasting money replacing them. He was kind, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Tim and ALBA Steamer.

Tim to the rescue! I found out today that I would be hosting the family for Xmas...eek! I went online, typed in what I wanted to do and Tim called me back right away. Not only was he prompt with a response, he was able to fit me in and get my furniture and carpets cleaned. Now I am ready for the holidays...thank you so much, Tim and helper! Tim always does a great job. My 25 year old carpet looks like new. He also clean my IKEA area rugs with white background. They looked pretty bad since I let 2 years go by without cleaning due to COVID. Tim made them look like new too. Thanks Tim. See you next year.

Arrived on time, very professional ! Our 30 year old carpet( although old but in very good condition) was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in at least 5 years. I was very happy with the results ( and the great smell) and would use them again !

Tim is superb!! He is the only company that I know that gets the dirtiest carpets looking brand new again!! Saved me hundreds of dollars not having to replace carpets. I just had him clean a couch yesterday that my puppy dirtied up. It looks brand new again!! Thank you!! Plus you can't beat his prices.
