Jordan came promptly at 9AM-called me before hand to give me his status. Very competent and personable young man. I was very pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend this Company. BTW- I live in Newark, Delaware and he came from Philly.

They responded immediately. Very professional and respectful. They arrived within an hour. They assessed the situation and explained what had to be done. Even suggested a great safety feature . They were very upfront about the cost. Both gentlemen were polite and very kind. I am very satisfied with their work... they saved me since my car was stuck in the garage. THANK YOU BEN!!! I was able to get an appointment quickly. The Technician showed up on time. He took his time to explain everything he had done. It was a quick and smooth process.

They charged $530+. Lowes replaced 2nd door opener exact same for $247. I got screwed. Shame on me.

My garage door opener would not operate after I had switched it to manual. No matter what I tried it would not work. When I called All About Garage Doors the receptionist was polite and very helpful. She set up an appointment for that same day (other companies wanted me to wait 3 weeks!). Not 30 minutes later I received a call from Jordan, also very nice, confirming the exact time. When he arrived we explained the problem. Turns out it was just a minor thing. I was a little embarrassed, but Jordan did not seem to mind at all. He explained everything and made it very easy to understand. Overall a very satisfying experience!

This is a small oned operated business and is VERY honest, I thought I needed a new door and after he inspected the damage he said I didn't need a door, just some repairs. HE saved me a lot of money! He's very kind and would recommend him to everyone!!!
