Phil responded promptly to my request, arranged to evaluate the job the same day that I spoke with him, was professional and personable when he visited my house, and completely honest as to what the problem was (in contrast to other roofers who evaluated the job), temporarily sealed the hole to stop additional leaks until he could replace the dmaged shingles on second visit, charged the losest price among the estimates I received, and even repaired my skylight for no additional charge. Will definitely use his services again.

They built deck stairs for us and I now wonder if they have ever done that type of job before. The stairs are sturdy but the workmanship work was not detailed. The stairs look like they belong to a temporary construction site trailor. The spindles for the railing have all uneven lengths and the pressure treated wood that was used must have been of the worst quality since it often cracked the wood when he put the screws in, which he left as is. Poor attention to detail overall. I had to keep asking Phil to add this or do that to try to make the stairs look better. We definitely are not satisfied with the completed product.

I had a few estimates to replace my roof. I have selected All American Contractors for the job for several reasons. Reasonable rates also do the wood work. Came when he said he did and got my estimate promptly. The job started 2 days later and completed in one day and the debris completely cleanup. Very professional contractors and I would recommend this company.

I was contacted immediately and a quote was given in a short amount of time. Work included repair of flat roof that collected water. Work was done well, in time specified, and no garbage was left behind. Very satisfied overall.
