All seasons roofing is a scam !!!! The owner is a fast talking crook . Started a roofing job at my home never completed the job and always has an excuse of why him and his crew can not show up . Do not hire him

He is a bad provider, he does not keep his word when he says he is going to do something. His work is poor quality and he does not stand up to his work. It takes him too long to fix anything and things are still not fixed. He has help that is bad and they stole a couple of items of the shop.

This is about the fulfillment of the warranty, with not following through with the terms.

Having hired this company (without incident!) to reseal a roof at one property I owned ~5 years ago, I made the mistake of hiring this company a second time to repair the roof at a different property. All Seasons charged me $3200 and but did not complete the job as it was described in the contract. When I discovered the job was incomplete per the contract, and asked them to complete it they demanded another $1550 from me to do so. And that is when the owner of All Seasons Roofing, Craig Gould, began to show his true nature. The first thing he told me--in a barrage of text messages--after I refused to accept his fraudulent requote of work he had already been paid for was to have another contractor finish it. And that if I tried to recover the cost of that by suing him I would lose because he is a respected member of the Fraternal Order of the Police, and all the Judges know him. When I did not acquiesce on the matter and instead explained to him via email the legal consequences of him not finishing the job that go well beyond a civil breach of contract matter, and indeed extend into the criminal under the PA Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, he began sending me lengthy, unhinged emails full of ad hominin and expletives, and with proclamations that I would get nothing from him in a judgement because **he was an LLC** **LLC has no assets** **he has no assets except a 2001 Dodge Dakota** and **everything he owns is with the wife** It was at this point I performed a docket search at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas with All Seasons Roofing as Defendant. Based on the representations of its owner Craig Gould, it is highly likely that All Seasons Roofing LLC is completely insolvent. There is an unpaid judgement against All Seasons for approximately $15,000 in 2021 for non-completion of a roof at a Kater St property in center city Philadelphia, and there is a pending lawsuit from one of his suppliers in 2022 for almost a year worth of unpaid bills totaling approximately $12,000. Despite some positive reviews on this website for All Seasons, I would strongly urge potential customers to avoid this company. When a job goes wrong the owner reveals himself to be a crook and bully, and becomes totally unhinged. And even if the job initially goes right, a warranty from an insolvent company is not going to be worth the paper it is written on. Avoid this company and use a more solvent and reputable one.

Craig was extremely easy to work with. Good communication, fair pricing. Replaced a small asphalt roof over an extension. No issues whatsoever.

Quote was lower than expected. Roof was done in a day. Craig was very responsive, sending before and after pictures and following up with me. While project was done in a matter of days.

Craig and his team were all professionals. They anticipated our concerns and did everthing to make us comfortable with the project. He communicated all phases of the project well. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Our only delays were due to weather. Craig appears to be both sincere and honest. They were willing to work in the crowded and difficult to park center city area. I highly recommend them.

Watch out! This company did a terrible job on my roof. I sued, won a judgment of $15,000 and now attempting to collect. Also pursuing a criminal complaint. Do not use this company.

Needed flat roof cleaned, silver coating, check downspouts & shingles. Craig was quick to respond and gave what I considered a reasonable estimate. He kept in contact to schedule job and followed up. I would recommend.

Subsequent to the roof installation in 2016, All Seasons responded immediately to a situation that involved a possible building code issue. They gave us excellent advice that the issue was grandfathered by current code updates and saved us a lot of unnecessary expenditures. Thanks, All Seasons

Knowing I had a leak and that the weather was looking bad on the scheduled date, Craig called me and asked if there was a chance if he could come before to that date. The proprietor Mr. Gould and his staff (Mark and Son) are extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Their expertise and tenacity was what diagnosed our roof leak where other so called professionals failed. They were fair in their pricing, arrived on time to scheduled appointments and communicated promptly with us whenever we reached out to them. I can t say enough good things about them, and if I tried, my review would be encyclopedic in length.
