I would not advise anyone to use this company. He came in the beginning of June and after the first visit which he did not complete the work he never answered my calls. The bottom line is I had to pay someone else to finish the job.

Mr. Bryce contacted me in the beginning of June because of my inquiry online regarding cleaning my pool. He appeared to be on the up and up and when he mentioned Angi list, I felt it safe to allow him to do the work. He came and initially did start to clear the debris that was in the pool. He left that day and said that he would be back to finish. However, about a week went by and I had not heard from him. I called him several times and no response. Finally, he called and said that he had been in an accident and his truck was inoperable. He then said I am getting my things in order, and I will be back to finish the work once I am back on track. I felt ok he has been in an accident so I will give him time. About two weeks went by and I had not heard from him, so I called him again several time and he did not answer. When he finally answered the phone, his statement was and I quote "I did not call you because I knew that you were mad at me" how unprofessional. I stated to him that I wanted my pool up and running by July, he said no problem, evidently it was a problem because here we are in July and I have not heard from him. I called him several times totally frustrated and no answer. So, on July 1, 2026 I decided to send him a text message, mind you this has been going on since the beginning June. As of today, I have not even received a call or text from him. If this is the way he does business I can't believe he has customers. In the meantime, I had to pay another contractor to come out and complete the cleaning of my pool. Mind you I have already paid him $450.00 and now I have to dish out hundreds more to have the work completed that should have been done by now.

Mr Lowman is definitely a ?Go To?!! He was very professional and clear about what was going on my pool, what needs to be done, and how he was going to ensure the best (& cost efficient) way would prevent similar issues in the future. He also provided us with tips on how to eliminate unwanted bacteria and maintaining a clean fun environment

My pool technician was amazing. He was punctual and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent

Job was excellent pool never looked better if it needs chemicals he knows what to do. Bryce does an excellent j job takes his time To give you a excellent looking pool.

Bryce is a true professional. He was our aquatic technician who provided expert assistance on our service plan. When on site, we worked well together as Bryce was able to trouble shoot any and all issues which may have risen at our Aquatic Facility.

Pool technician is very knowledgeable and solution focused. Brought my pool from swamp to pristine swimming conditions in a fraction of the time. I highly recommend.
