Plumbing repaired incorrectly leading to a small leak and flooding. When asked to rectify the issue, the owner refused to cover the repairs and damages.

Hi Scott! We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our company. As stated on all invoices, quotes and receipts, which can be viewed through your Client Hub portal, we are not responsible, nor do we warrant any items that are not supplied by our company. Homeowner made an attempt to install the item prior to our company being called out for installation and damaged the new install by cross threading. Per invoice, a cycle was run upon completion of the installation and no leaks were found and photos were taken before installation showing previous water damage coming from wall. A wall opening was recommended for further investigation but was declined. The connection from the washer box to new automatic shut off was not leaking after installation.
