The company installed a furnace with a bad motherboard. Came out several times tried to fix and wanted to charge me every time. Took almost 18 months to figure out the board was bad. They fixed that then about 6 months later I got a call and they said I had a charge on my account. People were nice to work with and did get a tech out even in an emergency situation but the product is junk.

I might be critical but the two that installed our new furnace literally ran up and down the basement steps while here working because they were in such a big hurry. And because of that after a few days and the oil smell wore off the new furnace we could smell gas. There was a leak because they did not tighten down the gas line. After waiting 2 hours for a call back on when someone could come out I had to call them back again. Another technician came out to fix the problem and was very nice but apparently, he has to fix their mess-ups a lot from what he had to say and they shoved in a crappy old filter that looked like it had been ran over. Yes, the furnace is nice, but a little loud, and, on the bright side, our house did not blow up.

Scheduled via Home Advisor on 5/21. HA had it for 12:00 on 5/27. On the evening of 5/26 I was notified that it was cancelled due to vendor not responding to confirm appointment. I contacted my own vendor to do the work. Will not use HA again.

Scheduled an appointment and nobody showed up. I called them two hours after the scheduled time and the operator said she would contact the gentleman out in the field and I never heard back from them. Terrible communication.

the only reason I did not go with a 5 is because Arco waited until 2:05 (our time was 12-2) to call and say they would be late. I think we should have been notified earlier. The serviceman, Kenny was knowledgeable , friendly, and explained everything in laymans terms. very nice. Will call them first for problems in the future.

Over priced. First, I call them the guy over the phone, told me they will charge me for $89 for show up and diagnostic. After service, guy show up and looked at my furnace for about 20 minute and he said "You have a bad blower motor and its needs to be replaced". So I ask him for the price, he told me about $690 on top diagnostic fee today. After I searched, the part is only $160. So I think he wanted to charge me for labor $530 for a 1 hr job. So I think that is too much. So I decided not to repair and end up with overcharging me for $177 (he said $89 for show up and $88 for diagnostic fee) for only a 20 minute diagnostic.
