Ilii is a very knowledgeable salesperson until I realized he was also the very knowledgeable technician who would not only promise you a very detailed package but deliver on it by performing and trying every way possible to overcome obstacles inevitably encountered in converting a 40 yo prior installation with existing HVAC ductwork and wiring into a well planned system with a new 3 ton condenser, coil and a 90,000 BTU gas furnace. Fishing a final wiring of thermostat to furnace behind 1920 walls proved to exceed even his MacGuivering skills and required subbing out a veteran electrician. This admission of his limits nevertheless speaks to his honesty, I thought, self-worth and vision of providing the best job possible.
