Barbera Home Improvement installed our new roof in just one day! We thought it would take longer because of our steep roof. Their experience, professionalism, and communication really moved the job along, and their teams communicated their progress to each other to ensure efficiency and satisfaction. Mike, the operations manager, did a great job organizing his crews and managing their progress. Juan’s and Candi’s work crews were dedicated, skilled craftsmen, experienced and efficient, and it showed. They were meticulous. We enjoyed watching them use magnets on rollers to check for any loose nails at the end of the day. Tony’s team came and installed our new gutters quickly and efficiently before the next day’s rain forecast. It’s a great sound, hearing water flowing through the downspouts. It was a great finish to their efforts. I was also glad we chose the gutter screens to eliminate my old ladders. Thank you and your team of skilled craftsmen. Both Josh and Tommy were very helpful and easy to work with. Tommy completed the job well and was sure to do a thorough clean up. We will use this company again when needed!

Barbera Home improvement did a great job from start to finish for both Roof and Gutters replaced . Avery Borak was very informed .. and did a great job with keeping us updated on the job and was always available for questions or concerns we had and got back to us within a timely manner. He was present on the day of install .. to make sure everything was done properly. We had a great experience with working with this company and with Avory .

My wife and I just hired John today for a new roof and gutters plus gutter gaurds and new fascia . We got 3 estimates the first was very high the 2nd was really good but John crushed the others. We signed right there nothing to think about. Plus he was the only one that offered a 50 year shingles and 10 year labor warranty. I will follow up with another review with pictures when the job is completed. Update/ well our roof and gutters are installed now I know we made the right decision going with barbera home improvement. They went above a beyond on the install this roof will last 35 to 40 years without any issues. I watch them do our roof and I watched other neighbors get there's done by different company's there was no comparison to barbera roof how it was done much much better . I promise you will not go wrong with John and his company. I really don't do reviews only when it's deserving and BARBERA HOME IMPROVEMENT is the only company I will go with from now on . They did a great job, but I had to follow up with them on the timeline for starting the job. Once I called and asked about my project, that was over 2 weeks past the estimated started date they didn?t say anything about the late start but started within the week and completed on time

Josh was professional and quoted me an affordable price on gutter repair. The job was done, and now no more water is leaking down the side of my house. On another occasion, I called this company for possible loose shingles on my roof, and Josh came out and checked my roof, and was honest about my roof's condition. I highly recommend.

I cannot even begin to explain what a poor experience I had with this company. To start, Josh had no intention of listening to me when I tried to tell him what was wrong with my roof. He assured me his solution was the right one and disregarded all I had to say. After the repair, the company double charged me for the work. When I called the company, they assured me there was no way they could double charge and it must be my cards issue. When I called my card company, they told me it was resolved on the company end, and that the company fixed the double charge. One big rainstorm later, it is raining in my house and the repair (that I told the guy would not fix my roof) DID NOT fix my roof. When I called the company back to see about getting a new roof instead of a repair, Josh actually LAUGHED at me MULTIPLE TIMES and told me I would just have to deal with it raining in my house because he could not help me until the spring because he is just too busy. I picked this company because of all of the fabulous reviews I had read, and they were all absolute lies in my experience. I have never felt so disrespected by a company before, and I have never been so angry about the way I was treated over a service I paid for. I will NEVER recommend this company. If you want good customer service, and work that is done correctly, look literally anywhere else.

What you get from BHI is expertise, efficiency, attention to detail, a very accommodating and agreeable manner, and fair pricing. They did my roof, complete with new plywood and top quality shingles, my siding, and replacement windows. I was thrilled with every project. I recommended them to my very fussy big sister in Hinkley. She was delighted with her new roof and found BHI great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Barbera!

Ted patiently answered all my questions and concerns. They also corrected ventilation problems with my soffits. This team is very professional and believes in quality work.

Owner John came the day I called. And had a Crew come after They finished Their work in Brookpark to make the needed repairs. A Big Shout out to a A+ Company.
