Lucas worked with me through multiple revisions and even allowed me to supply some of my own materials and labor to help reduce costs. The guys did a great job. They came when they said they were coming, they completed the job in the time they said they would and did a final walk thru at the end to make sure all the items were completed.

Our foundation was seriously compromised due to water intrusion. Steve responded quickly and gave us an estimate at a great price. He was knowledgeable and informative. Dan and his team repaired our foundation, installed a drainage system and pump, as well as a vapor barrier. Our basement has been dry and free of mold since. If you need water proofing you must call these guys!! Leaky basement? It won’t be when they’re done. Steve came out and looked over our basement. I showed him the leaks and mold we were dealing with. He explained what they did and how they would fix it and gave me a fair price with a couple payment options. The best part this is a small family owned business! I can call if ever there is an issue but one year later and my basement is still dry! Call them, you will not regret it!

Josh, the representative from Basement Gurus was outstanding! We had experienced a water issue in our finished basement. Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. This is commendable particularly in this era where cutthroat business practices are commonplace. I highly recommend Basement Gurus. Would highly recommend Basement Gurus for anyone looking for foundation repairs and/or basement waterproofing. I had both completed and was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. The inspector that came to my house (Josh) was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided what I believe was a better solution to my problem than what the competitors suggested. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price and now I have a completely dry basement, I couldn’t be happier!

These guys were amazing. Needed a qoute for high humidity and slight water intrusion. They came out and formulated a great plan at a reasonable cost. No water since and less humidity!!

Met with Don at my home for a free estimate. He arrived on time, understood my issue immediately and provided a reasonable quote right on the spot. Don is a consummate professional, obviously years in the business. A contract was provided and signed same day. The job was scheduled and the crew arrived on time. They covered and protected egress and working areas from dust and debris. My French drain system and sump pump along with newly concreted rear interior wall were completed in one day! Don and his crew were awesome, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

The team arrived on time to do extensive work on my basement floor and walls and outside underground drainage issues. They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry. We recommend Basement Gurus to other homeowners experiencing waterproofing problems for dependable and satisfying solutions.
