great job and great service!

From the beginning of the project to the end, Basement Gurus made the process feel painless. They gave me a clear understanding of what remedies were necessary to fix my foundation and ensured that all of my expectations would be met. The contracted workers were timely, considerate, clean, and personable. I would strongly recommend Basement Gurus for any waterproofing work and will be using them as often as necessary in the future.

We had a great experience with Basement Gurus. Their team completed waterproofing work in our basement and was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the work, answered our questions, and made sure everything was completed properly. We appreciate their attention to detail and the peace of mind the completed waterproofing has given us. We would definitely recommend Basement Gurus to anyone in need of quality basement waterproofing services.

Had a massive leak in the basement and really, I was over my head. Some things are better not DIY, if you know what I mean. The team at Basement Gurus came out and evaluated the water damage and what needed fixing. What would’ve taken me over a week to do was done in about two days. Professional and on-time. Glad I made the call.

Basement gurus saved us so much and did spectacular work

Work was done efficiently and the result has been very good.

I had five different companies inspect my crawl space before deciding who to hire, and Basement Gurus stood out from the start. My project involved much more than a standard encapsulation, including structural reinforcement, mold remediation, drainage improvements, and several custom requirements. Lucas worked with me through multiple revisions and even allowed me to supply some of my own materials and labor to help reduce costs. Bonnie was always friendly, organized, and responsive, and the entire team was easy to work with throughout the project. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and they stood behind their work until I was completely satisfied. Their professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to customer service made the decision easy. I would absolutely recommend Basement Gurus to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a company that truly cares about its customers.

The guys did a great job. They came when they said they were coming, they completed the job in the time they said they would and did a final walk thru at the end to make sure all the items were completed.

Our foundation was seriously compromised due to water intrusion. Steve responded quickly and gave us an estimate at a great price. He was knowledgeable and informative. Dan and his team repaired our foundation, installed a drainage system and pump, as well as a vapor barrier. Our basement has been dry and free of mold since. The project was completed in a matter of days. I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked. I recommend the gurus to everyone who needs basement repairs. Thank you again!!!

They were prompt, and very professional. He did a great job.

If you need water proofing you must call these guys!! Leaky basement? It won’t be when they’re done. Steve came out and looked over our basement. I showed him the leaks and mold we were dealing with. He explained what they did and how they would fix it and gave me a fair price with a couple payment options. The best part this is a small family owned business! I can call if ever there is an issue but one year later and my basement is still dry! Call them, you will not regret it!

Hands down the best in the business. Basement Gurus provided an expert assessment with unmatched professionalism and integrity. I trust them completely with my home and would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right by the true industry leaders.

They did a great job and fixed my problem for a good price. I used them again with another project at my home and also referred them several other projects.

Josh, the representative from Basement Gurus was outstanding! We had experienced a water issue in our finished basement. Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. This is commendable particularly in this era where cutthroat business practices are commonplace. I highly recommend Basement Gurus. They are fortunate to have an employee like Josh who exhibits concern for the customer at such a high level.

Incredible company. Highly recommend

The people over at Basement Gurus have been exceptional! We had a neighbor who used a different company and they were disappointed with how the job turned out. These guys, however, did a great job start to finish and we couldn’t be happier!

The team at Basement Gurus is truly exceptional. Their professionalism and expertise shine through in every interaction. They're always quick to respond to my inquiries, making the whole experience seamless and efficient.

Good company!

Grest company. Price and performance is excellent

I was getting water in my basement every time it rained, Dan helped me rule out other causes and recommended a french drain. Basement has been bone dry ever since. The workers took great care and even repaired the water damage from before. I highly recommend calling Basement Gurus for any basement related needs

Steven was very nice and easy to do business with very honest and gave me all kinds of options. Hard to find people like that nowadays just overall great quality people

Excellent company from sales to completion

highly recommend! Did a great job and were very nice and respectful!

Would highly recommend Basement Gurus for anyone looking for foundation repairs and/or basement waterproofing. I had both completed and was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. The inspector that came to my house (Josh) was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided what I believe was a better solution to my problem than what the competitors suggested. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price and now I have a completely dry basement, I couldn’t be happier!
