I hired hired the basement contractor and there was a glitch. The CEO of the company called me back and offered me several solutions and offered to refund my money. They have sent an email to confirm that the refund was processed.

Company will start well and keep pushing and when they don't meet a dead line they get confrontational, because they have the owner believing they are done when they are not. They damage my neighbor's property, the garage and the driveway. When we asked they about the deadline they treat us to pick up the material.

Lon spent alot of time evaluating our basement and showing us the issue we had. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We were able to get the job scheduled in 4 days! Jose and his team were organized and got right to work. They put up plastic sheets so that the dust wouldn't get on anything. It was much more plastic than I expected. It worked because it kept the dust down. They even got the job done earlier than expected. We are very happy with the results!
